DGBalance™ (DGBp ) is a proprietary blend of organic compounds that produce a unique product capable of providing a solution to the most difficult, demanding dust control while also controlling shear and providing stabilization. This environmentally friendly liquid concentrate is non-toxic to humans, animals, marine life, and plants, with no VOCs. It is easy to apply, UV-stabilized and hydrophobic to rain, providing long-term dust control and soil stabilization.

When applied topically to sand/soil, DGBalance™ creates a flexible stabilization and shear reduction to the treated soil/terrain, like a think rubber mat. Subsequent vehicle and foot traffic may disturb the DGBp polymer bonds, but the resulting crumbles are still glued together and resist going airborne. The unique characteristics of DGBp allow it to provide “flexible” stabilization and shear reduction along with excellent long-term dust control in trafficked areas.

All DirtGlue® liquid concentrates are fully water miscible. Appropriate dilution rate is determined by soil type (fine/silt to coarse/porous) and moisture content. The dilution ratio for dry, porous soils can be 1 to 5 parts water to 1 part DGBp. For clay/silt soils the dilution rate can be 6 to 8 parts water to 1 part DGBp. Surface spray applications (dust control, sediment control, erosion control, stockpile capping) should not be applied when rain is imminent. Allow 24 hours curing time before an application is subjected to rain events. DGCp requires curing temps above 32 degrees Fahrenheit. High relative humidity (RH) and/or low temps will extend the curing time.
